Return & Replacement:
If you receive a broken item, wrong item or your parcel is lost we will send a replacement after verification.
The product will not be taken returned back as its a food item.
You should keep a proof of unboxing the product.

Cancellation Policy
At Joloking, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes, you may need to cancel an order. This cancellation policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for canceling an order with Joloking. Eligibility for Cancellation Orders that have not been shipped: Customers have the right to cancel their order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.
Order Shipped – No Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At this stage, the package is in transit to the delivery address provided, and our cancellation policy cannot be applied. How to Request a Cancellation To cancel an order that has not been shipped, please follow these steps:
Refunds If your eligible order is canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund for the purchase amount using the original payment method used during the checkout process. The refund will be processed promptly, but please allow up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Empty package received:
All orders are weighed before dispatching, that’s why it is practically impossible to receive an empty parcel. Please do not create a false claim of empty package received just to get a refund or replacement. All such requests will be rejected.

In the case of a defective or damaged product, please provide photographic evidence to our customer support team for verification purposes.
